Please read these terms and conditions before placing an order.

  • All prices are subject to change without prior notice.  (I order my raw materials from a third party and therefore I am tied to any changes that they may make.  I will endevour to keep these price changes to a minimum and no changes will take place once a jewellery order has been placed, except in exceptional circumstances where you will be given the opportunity to cancel your order.)

 

  • As each jewellery item is made to order I do not hold any items in stock.  I will place my order for raw materials as soon as possible after your order has been made.  My stockists vary in their delivery time from a day or two up to two weeks at busy periods.  As soon as I receive my order of raw materials I will set to work making your jewellery item(s), this should take no more than a few days depending on how busy I am.  Occasionally I will have some stock available to make your jewellery items, in this case it sould take no more than a few days until you receive your jewellery order.  I will keep you informed at each stage of your order by email.  I will endevour to have your jewellery order completed for you as soon as possible (someties within a few days) but please remember that each item is made to order especially for you.

 

  • Due to the nature of this jewellery there are sometimes slight differences in the shades of the materials used and it is also difficult to recreate the exact colours on screen.   In the case of the natural semi-precious gem stone chips, the shapes and sizes of the chips will differ from one piece to the next.   This only adds to the handmade, original feel as no two pieces are ever exactly alike.    

 

  • RETURNS, unfortunately due to reasons of health and safety, refunds cannot be given on any earrings for pierced ears or any other body jewellery.  Any other returns will be considered if you contact me with your reasons for return within 7 days of receiving your items.  Please do not return any item until you have contacted me. 
  • Refunds will only be given if the returned items are in original, resaleable condition and unused for this reason pierced earrings cannot be returned. 
  • Please note that you will be responsible for both the postage and the goods you are returning.  I cannot be held responsible for any losses made by the postal service.  In cases of loss of items by the postal service it will be up to you to make a claim against the Royal Mail (or any other postal service you may have used).  
  • Refunds will only be credited back to the paypal account that paid for them or in the case of payment by cheque to the person named on the cheque. 
  • If there is a problem with your jewellery item(s) and this is your reason for return then please contact me within 7 days to let me know the problem and arrange for a return.  You will be able to have either a refund, replacement or credit to use against another item on the website.
